Refund Policy

We strive to ensure a clear understanding of financial relations between us, that’s why we drafted this Refund Policy.

1. Subscription

If you don’t want your Subscription anymore, you can cancel any time and keep what you paid for. Your account will remain on Premium until the end of your billing period. After that, your account switches to free.

Please note that inactivity or lack of use of the Service does not constitute a valid reason for a refund. Once a subscription is activated, the user is granted full access to Premium Services, regardless of whether or how often they are used. If the service is no longer desired, it is the user’s responsibility to cancel the subscription in a timely manner.

2. Refund

To request a refund, please reach out to us support@studyagent.io. Once you receive the refund confirmation, the Company typically processes it within 3 business days. The Company can not be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any bank service issues. Refunds cannot exceed the original payment amount and must be returned to the original payment method. They cannot be sent to a different card or bank account.

Refunds to expired or canceled cards are managed by the user’s card issuer, typically credited to the replacement card. If no replacement exists, the issuer usually arranges an alternate method, such as a check or bank deposit. Occasionally, a refund to a card may fail.

Refunds are generally available within six months of the original transaction date. You are not eligible for a refund if this period has expired.

Refunds will not be granted if we cannot verify that the service was provided poorly or if the refund period has expired.

3. Chargeback

Chargebacks occur when you dispute a transaction with your issuer and the issuer contacts us to reverse it. In the event of a chargeback, you agree that we may suspend access to your account. Fees incurred as the result of chargebacks or other payment disputes shall be covered by you.
